Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Al Jawza Arabia employees should always act lawfully, ethically, and in the best interests of the Company. This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the "Code of Conduct") sets out basic guiding principles.

I. Compliance with Laws, Rules and Regulations

Employees must abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any other country of operation at all times.

II. Conflicts of Interest

Employees are expected to use their judgment to act, at all times and in all ways, in the best interests of Al Jawza Arabia. Employees must refrain from accepting any gifts or benefits from any customer, supplier, competitor, business partner, or other employee, or any other internal or external bodies that may have impact on the employee’s operational decision during discharging his duties with Al Jawza Arabia.

III. Discrimination and Harassment

Al Jawza provides equal opportunity as laid down by the country’s laws in all aspects of employment and will not tolerate any illegal discrimination or harassment of any kind.

IV. Health and Safety

Al Jawza provides a clean, safe and healthy work environment. Each employee has responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy workplace by following safety and health rules and practices and reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions, procedures, or behaviors.

V. Objectives & Policies

Employees must comprehend, perform duties and abide by Company Objectives, Policies and Principles regarding internal administrative and business operations.

VI. Bribery

Employees may not bribe anyone for any reason, whether in dealings with governments or the private sector. Under no circumstances whatsoever should the employee offer or try to offer a bribe or any other item for tempting a probable customer for promoting our Company products or services or influencing his decision.

VII. Recordkeeping, Reporting, and Financial Integrity

Al Jawza's documents, records, accounts and financial statements must be maintained in appropriate detail, must properly reflect the Company's transactions and must conform both to applicable law and to the Company's system of internal controls.

VIII. Honesty & Integrity

Employees are expected to apply the highest level of honesty and integrity in their area of operation; and refrain from any activity whatsoever that jeopardizes the integrity and ethos inside and outside the Company.

IX. Confidentiality

Employees must refrain from sharing Company’s pricing / Client / supplier / strategic or any other confidential propriety, technical or administrative information or records with any external individual or body that may or may not affect Al Jawza’s repute in any aspect.

X. Waivers

Waivers of this Code of Conduct may be made only in a manner permitted by law and as revoked or revised by the Management.
