Elbow:

We offer pipe fittings to our clients with 45 deg elbow, 180 deg elbow fittings as per drawings, etc. These steel pipe fittings are widely used in various process industries. Tested stringently for quality, these steel pipe fittings have the following specifications:

    We offer Tee which are designed to allow maximum fluid flow through a branch connection as a pipeline pig or sphere passes the opening.

    Flow Tees are designed to ASME B31.4, B31.8 or other applicable design codes. The materials of the tee and end pieces are selected to match the pipeline material. Flow Tees are available for any pipeline size with a full or reduced branch outlet.

    Nipple:

    We supply pipeline fitting nipples in Standard GI & Black Threaded types.

  • Hot-dipped galvanized or electric galvanized and black, also Powder coating as customer’s request.

  • Pipeline Filters

    Basket Filters:

  • High pressure applications.
  • Suitable for separation of the finest impurities in gases and liquids.
  • Designed and fabricated to ASME VIII Div.1 as standard but can also be supplied to other pressure vessel codes. I.e. ASME B31.3 etc.
  • Standard features include low pressure drops at high velocities, stainless steel perforated baskets as standard, vents and drains with the possibility to supply davit lifts, quick open closures, differential pressure gauges.
  • Cartridge Filters:

  • Cartridge filters are used for fine filtration of micronic particles, cartridges have an inherent advantage over other filter elements by way of their standard modular structure - they remain highly interchangeable.
  • Cartridge elements, generally, made of synthetic fabrics, thread wound, paper are throwaways with no or little possibility of reuse. Cartridges of sintered stainless steel cleanable and reusable type also available.
  • We can assist you in selecting the correct filter media and the number of filter elements required for the cartridge filter for your application.
  • Highly compact filters for applications where space is a constraint with pleated elements.
  • Strainers:

    Bronze or iron Y-strainers are installed upstream to protect valves, regulators, and meters, etc. Y-strainers protect equipment by filtering solids in a pipeline

  • Mesh or perforated screen available

  • Active Carbon & Separator Filters:

  • This filter uses a double bottom chamber separated by a welded reinforced steel plate. The upper chamber contains the granular activated carbon and the lower chamber is empty and collects the filtered water. The plate is covered by "mushroom" diffusers.
  • Which are plastic made, slotted conical units. The uniform dispersion of water ensures an effective wash of the whole media volume, avoiding the phenomena of channeling (caking).
  • The filters are particularly suitable for back-flushing - a process involving reversal of the water flow and causing a turbulent expansion of the media like a fluidized bed.
  • After the back-flushing is completed. The filter resumes its normal filtering mode as a new filter.
